We hear it all the time today:

“That’s your truth.”
“I’m living my truth.”
“Everyone has their own reality.”

And on one level, sure—it’s understandable. People come from different experiences, perspectives, traumas, and beliefs. Their subjective reality shapes how they see the world. But that raises the big question…

👉 Is truth really subjective? Or is there such a thing as absolute truth?

Because if everything is true for everyone, then isn’t nothing really true at all?

Here’s what I’ve been thinking lately:

An iron molecule is an iron molecule—regardless of how we feel about it.

A dog is a dog, not a cat or a concept.

Something that really happened… actually happened. It’s not up for negotiation.

Two opposing claims about God, morality, or existence can’t both be equally valid if they contradict.

So I’m leaning more and more toward this idea:
🧭 There IS an absolute truth.
It exists whether we like it, believe it, or feel good about it.

And if that's true… it has massive implications for everything: morality, religion, purpose, and even how we treat each other.

What do you guys think?
Is "absolute truth" real? Or are we just all making it up as we go?
